About Bristol Oaks

A small farm with big dreams.

Bristol Oaks is a small farm with big dreams in Melrose, Florida — built from love, memories, and a passion for sharing country life.

We're named after Bristol, our beloved yellow Lab who passed in 2024 at the age of 15. The woman with the dog in our logo honors her loyalty and the joy she brought to everyone she met.

Our farm friends

Come as visitors, leave as part of the herd.

Guests can meet and feed them year-round (farm-approved treats only).

The cows

Our pasture is home to a wonderful mix of Highland cattle, White Parks, Dexters, and some pretty special crosses — led by Carlos, our handsome Highland bull.

Brownie, Jack Jack, and Pinto live happily together and are loved by guests of all ages.

Saturdays 10–7, Sundays 12–6.

October 17–18, October 24–25, Oct 31–Nov 1 and November 7–8. Your general admission ticket can be used on any festival date.
